In this role you will work to oversee and manage mechanical and electrical installations on projects from concept to completion within a company who are passionate about further employee development. The company are a specialist in their industry and work with blue chip clients across the UK on a range of refurbishment/fit out projects primarily for clients across industries like hotels, student accommodation, offices and more. This role would suit an experienced Mechanical and Electrical manager from a construction background looking for a long-term permanent position. The Role: -Working as a Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Manager for specialist refurbishment and fit-out projects for a range of commercial clients -Further duties of the role will include but are not limited to; Project Planning, Budgets, Surveys, Design Reviews and more. -Based out of Bristol with frequent to travel to client sites across the UK -Long-term permanent position The Person: -Previous experience in a similar level role -Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing background -Construction, Refurbishment or Fit-outs background -Driving license -Happy to be based out of the Bristol office with travel to client sites across the UK
