Head Baker - Luxury Lifestyle Hotel - Central London - £45,000 Service Charge Location: Central London Salary: £45,000 Service Charge Hours: Full-time, permanent (early morning / overnight shifts) Are you a skilled artisan baker with a passion for creating high-quality breads and pastries? Do you take pride in working independently to produce outstanding baked goods each night? We're looking for an experienced Head Baker to lead the on-site baking operation at one of London's most vibrant lifestyle hotels. The Role As Head Baker, you will take full ownership of the baking production, preparing a variety of handcrafted pastries, viennoiserie, and artisan breads for the hotel's breakfast service and outlets. Working independently, you'll ensure every item meets exceptional standards of quality, consistency, and presentation that reflect the property's premium culinary identity.
