Job Title: Recruiter Location: London TCR – Hybrid Hours: Full time (3 months FTC) Introduction We're looking for a proactive Recruiter to join our team on a 3-month fixed-term contract, helping our clients find exceptional talent and deliver an outstanding recruitment experience. The Role As a Recruiter at PeopleScout, you'll be the go-to expert for your clients, leading recruitment campaigns from briefing to onboarding. You'll manage a range of roles – sometimes high-volume, sometimes niche – across various sectors, building relationships and providing trusted advice to hiring managers. You'll: * Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from taking briefs to managing offers and onboarding. * Use your expertise to design sourcing and attraction strategies that reach both active and passive candidates. * Consult with clients on best practice, providing insights and recommendations to improve outcomes. * Balance multiple projects, prioritising deadlines while maintaining quality and compliance. * Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders. * Use data and reporting to track performance and inform future strategies. Who we're looking for You'll be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering results. You'll be confident in managing stakeholder relationships, providing consultative advice, and taking ownership of your projects from start to finish. * As a minimum, you'll need:o Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from briefing to offer stage.o Ability to design and deliver sourcing strategies that produce quality candidates.o Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and consult.o Excellent communication and organisational skills.o Proficiency with ATS and CRM systems and an understanding of GDPR and compliance. * Ideally, you'll also have:o Experience within an RPO, agency, or in-house recruitment setting.o Knowledge of specific industries such as public sector, finance, IT, or manufacturing.o Experience using social media and digital tools to attract and engage candidates.o Relevant recruitment qualifications (e.g., Certificate in Recruitment Practice, Social Talent Blackbelt).
