Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager Salary £35,469.72 Schedule Mon to Fri, 8 to 4:30. Some weekend availability when needed Overview Lead the maintenance function while staying hands on. You will manage compliance, plan work, and support the team to deliver a safe and efficient operation. Requirements * Five years maintenance experience with at least two years in a lead or supervisory role * Background in hotels, student accommodation, or property maintenance * No formal qualifications required * Strong H and S knowledge and confident with paperwork and audits * Able to coach, allocate work, and liaise with stakeholders Duties * Plan and deliver PPMs, manage reactive tasks, and close out actions * Carry out basic plumbing, carpentry, and simple electrical tasks * Oversee BMS and HVAC checks, ensure logs and records are accurate * Ensure statutory compliance and complete weekly and monthly checks * Coordinate contractors and manage small works What’s on offer * 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, increases by one day per year to 25 * Free meals on shift * Two complimentary stays per year * Global partner hotel discounts * Performance vouchers * Free parking
