Locations: Portsmouth & Wimborne Salary: £28,000£33,400 depending on experience & knife skill level Day shift (5:30am3:30pm) or Night shift (6pm4am) -Monday to Friday Amendment to this shift pattern is possible. Consistent salary all year round Optional Sunday night overtime paid at £150 per shift Calm, respectful, family-run work culture - not high-pressure factory work Fresh day-boat fish - quality over volume 2 x 30-minute breaks your birthday off What youll be doing as Fish Filleter: You will be hand-filleting fresh fish to order, working as part of a small, highly skilled team. Quality, precision and pride in your craft matter more than production-line speed.
