As a Recruitment Consultant at Tradewind Recruitment, you will work in a dynamic, high-performance environment-matching exceptional teachers and support staff with schools across Kent and the South East. Your Responsibilities During your first 6-9 months: Source and interview candidates for temporary and permanent roles Craft professional CV profiles for client marketing Work closely with sales teams to increase candidate placements Meet weekly targets and KPIs set by your managerAs you progress into sales: Develop new business and manage client relationships Negotiate margins and contracts Maintain safeguarding standards Handle challenging conversations professionally Deliver outstanding customer service and manage your time effectivelyEarn commission at every stage of your career development.
