Key Responsibilities * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to placement. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates across multiple sectors. * Develop new business opportunities and identify potential clients. * Advertise vacancies, screen applications, and conduct interviews. * Match candidates effectively to client requirements and roles. * Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation. * Use job boards, LinkedIn, and networking to identify top talent. * Collaborate with the wider team to achieve shared business goals. Requirements * Proven experience in recruitment or a strong interest in developing a career in recruitment. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Confident phone manner and the ability to build rapport quickly. * Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. * Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks at once. * Professional and positive attitude with a passion for delivering great results.
