School Kitchen Manager Location: Oldham ⏰ Hours: Monday – Friday 6:45am – 2pm Contract: Temporary ongoing Are you an experienced and passionate catering professional looking to make a difference in a school environment? We’re seeking a School Kitchen Manager to lead a busy and friendly kitchen, ensuring nutritious, high-quality meals are prepared and served to pupils every day. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily running of the school kitchen and dining service Plan and prepare balanced, healthy menus in line with dietary requirements and school guidelines Manage and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage budgets effectively Ensure compliance with all food safety, allergen, and health & safety regulations Requirements: ✅Previous experience in a similar role (e.g. school kitchen, catering manager, head cook) ✅Strong leadership and organisational skills ✅Ability to work independently and manage a small team ✅Enhanced DBS (or willingness to undergo one) Interested?
