Associate Quantity Surveyor Location: Central London Salary: Up to £90,000 Excellent Benefits A well-established and fast-growing property consultancy based in Central London is looking for an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. Operating across several key sectors — particularly within Commercial — the company has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects and maintaining long-term client relationships. The Role: As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the financial and contractual management of high-profile Commercial, Hospitality and projects across London. Responsibilities include: * Managing and nurturing key relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. * Ensuring projects meet or exceed financial targets. * Identifying and resolving potential disputes early. * Pricing and negotiating project variations effectively. * Leading the cost management and financial reporting on major London-based developments. You will be joining a respected and forward-thinking business with an exciting pipeline of major projects due to commence shortly. Requirements: * Proven experience delivering Commercial projects in a Quantity Surveying capacity. * Strong working knowledge of JCT contracts and relevant construction legislation. * A track record of successful project delivery, cost control, and financial management. * Ideally Chartered (MRICS or equivalent). * Confident, proactive, and commercially astute.
