Internal Sales Executive - Joinery & Timber

Role My client is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join their team based in Birmingham. This is an office-based role focused on managing incoming enquiries, preparing quotations, and providing customer support across a range of bespoke timber door and joinery products. Working closely with contractors and subcontractors, you’ll handle pricing, estimating, and occasionally arrange appointments for the external sales team. Company My client is a market-leading manufacturer of bespoke timber fire doors, frames, screens, and panels. Continuing to grow year on year, the business employs over 180 people and has built a strong reputation for quality, service, and craftsmanship. Supplying into key sectors including commercial offices, education, healthcare, and hospitality, they are well established and highly respected within the construction industry. Person This role would suit an individual with an internal sales or trade counter background within the building products sector. A confident communicator with excellent organisational and customer service skills is essential
