This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for clients, visitors, and staff alike. Key Responsibilities * Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, providing a warm, professional, and efficient welcome. * Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains presentable and well-organised at all times. * Support day-to-day workplace operations, including meeting room coordination, hospitality, and event setup. * Liaise with facilities, catering, and security teams to ensure smooth site operations. * Handle queries, requests, and issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. * Promote a positive workplace culture and uphold company standards at all times. Requirements * Previous experience in a front-of-house, receptionist, or workplace host role within a corporate or hospitality environment. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. * Professional appearance and a proactive attitude. * Ability to work independently and as part of a wider facilities team.
