Mon to Fri - standard office hours Site based role with only irregular scope for home working Salary plus car or cash allowance and private healthcare Here at ISS, as one of the UK's leading Facilities Management (FM) firms, we are looking to recruit an FM Leader, well versed within Hard FM operations to spearhead site activity on a major client site in Stratford, London. The site is a flagship retail and leisure complex, a vibrant hub of fashion, food, entertainment, and innovation. Since opening in 2011, it has become a landmark destination, welcoming millions of visitors annually and offering a world-class retail experience across over 300 stores, restaurants, and leisure venues. Due to the size and complexity of the site, the FM service must be robust and comprehensive, covering Engineering, Helpdesk and Service Yard, with each service line enjoying its own leadership team, but all reporting into this role as the Site Leader. You will ensure the service lines are delivered successfully, oversee the P&L and ensure customer satisfaction. The team and processes are in all place, and so the role best suits an established Facilities Leader with an eye for continuous improvement comfortable working in a high end retail environment. Actions will include: Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, supporting on account leadership in the management of service delivery and where required driving local initiatives as well as ensuring consistency in processes, systems and reporting Ensuring the efficient and consistent operation of all technical services to meet contractual obligations and statutory requirements. Support and originate technical services initiatives to deliver Account savings glide paths and account plan with detailed and specific objectives of cost savings, consistency and risk management Responsible for the leadership of all resources involved in the delivery of contracted scope of services. (E.g., recruitment, ethics, performance assessment, personal development, personal wellbeing etc. driving ISS standing as employer of choice. Manage relationships with key stakeholders in the Client’s organisation. We need from you: Clear and extensive experience of leading FM operations, covering both hard and soft services Time having managed a P&L Experience in having managed managers. An Engineering background, and qualification would be very useful. Any time in retail or leisure accounts would be advantageous.
