Front of House Staff

Job Title: Front of House Staff * Location: Central Eastbourne * Hourly Rate: £13.00p.h * Working hours: Weekend work - 5pm-Close HRGO Recruitment are seeking Front of House Staff to join our client's unique family Italian restaurant and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and love interacting with people. Key Responsibilities: * Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude * Efficiently manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimise the flow of guests. * Provide accurate information on menu items and specials, assisting guests with their selections and dietary needs. * Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless and timely delivery of food and beverages. * Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally. * Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and entryway. * Assist with handling cash, processing payments, and managing reservations. Key Skills and Requirements: * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. * Proven ability to multitask and handle busy service periods with ease. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high standard of service. * Previous experience in a customer-facing role or the hospitality industry. * A proactive and enthusiastic approach, with a willingness to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
