General Manager – Premium Dining Central London Up to £110,000 bonus A rare opportunity to take the lead in one of London’s most exciting premium dining destinations. This is a high-volume, high-energy operation with a strong reputation for delivering best-in-class experiences. The site is multifaceted – combining elevated dining with private events and PDRs – and requires a General Manager with both operational excellence and a luxury hospitality mindset.
