We specialize in maintaining and repairing a diverse range of vehicles, with a particular focus on European, Luxury Domestic, and Luxury Asian models. We are seeking an Experienced Diagnostic Technician who excels at complex troubleshooting and accurate repairs. This full-time position is Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Advanced Diagnostics: Accurately diagnose the cause of malfunctions using expert knowledge and advanced diagnostic tools. Specialized Repair: Perform repair and maintenance work on European vehicles (e.g., Mercedes, BMW), Luxury Domestics, and Luxury Asian vehicles with efficiency and accuracy. Quality & Safety: Conduct multi-point inspections to make appropriate recommendations and ensure the safety and reliability of customer vehicles. Documentation: Accurately document all work performed on each vehicle repair order. Team Communication: Regularly communicate with colleagues to effectively manage workflow and production. Customer Experience: Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty and trust. Conducting multi-point inspections to make appropriate recommendations to ensure safety and reliability of Customer vehicles. Documenting work performed on each vehicle on the repair order. Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty Qualifications Required Expertise: Proven expertise in advanced automotive diagnostics and complex technical troubleshooting. Demonstrated experience in repairing and maintaining European, Luxury Domestic, or Luxury Asian vehicles. Proficiency in interpreting schematics and using modern diagnostic equipment. General: Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record. Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Preferred: Relevant ASE certifications are a strong plus.
