The Role: As the successful Financial Controller, you will report to the Managing Director and will be responsible for the following duties: Oversee the finance team; Lead financial planning, budgeting & forecasting processes; Preparation of board & group reporting packs; Business partner with key stakeholders; Oversee month-end and year-end close processes; Enhance financial controls & processes; Other duties as outlined in the full job description. The Person: The successful Financial Controller will have the following characteristics: Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or Qualified by Experience; Strong commercial finance & financial reporting experience; Strong management or leadership experience; Strong IT skills.
