HGV 2 Driver

Location: Park Royal Pay: £19.10£22.00 per hour Hours: 40 hours guaranteed, 911 hours per day Shifts: MonFri, 06:0008:00 starts Ongoing, full-time The Role Join a well-known drinks/logistics operation delivering to pubs, restaurants and hotels across London. You will work with a Drivers Mate, use a sack barrow for safe kerb-to-premises delivery, and benefit from a vehicle pre-loaded for your arrival. Typical day: 1015 deliveries per shift (multi-drop) Professional, face-to-face interaction at the delivery point Use of tail-lift/pump truck where required Liaison with central office/transport desk as needed Daily vehicle checks, accurate paperwork/EPOD, safe loading What Were Looking For Confident engaging face-to-face with clients, handling initial queries politely and professionally Strong communication with transport/central office Reliable, flexible, can-do attitude Minimum 1 year recent multi-drop experience (hospitality preferred) Essential Requirements Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) license max 6 points (no DD/IN/DR) Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card Ability to pass a client assessment & induction Physically fit for manual handling (with Drivers Mate support) Pay & Shifts £19.10£22.00 per hour (role-dependent) MondayFriday, starts between 06:00 and 08:00 911 hours per day, 40 hours guaranteed Overtime as required (in line with WTD/EU Drivers Hours) Benefits Ongoing, full-time work with immediate starts Regular routes and supportive transport team
