Your new role This is a dual-function role combining customer planning and front-of-house responsibilities within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As a key member of a small administrative team, you'll play a hands-on role in supporting order processing, customer service, and office coordination. You'll work closely with management and the sales team to ensure smooth operations, accurate reporting, and a welcoming office environment that reflects the company's creative and dynamic culture. Key Responsibilities - Customer Planner: Process sales and sample orders accurately using ERP systems Liaise with logistics partners, customers, and sales representatives to ensure timely delivery Handle customer queries and provide excellent service Issue daily and weekly order reports in collaboration with logistics partners Manage daily loading sheet processing Obtain supporting documentation and authorisation for credit note requests Perform general administrative duties as required Collaborate closely with management and sales teams to support all aspects of the business Key Responsibilities - Front of House: Manage all front-of-house duties, including telephone handling, hospitality, meeting coordination, and post distribution Organise bookings and boardroom setups for meetings Plan and execute monthly office events with creativity and flair Maintain a clean, organised, and fully operational office environment Oversee office supplies, printer/copier functionality, and communal area upkeep Build and manage relationships with service providers to meet office needs What you'll need to succeed High attention to detail and accuracy Resilient self-starter with initiative and a proactive approach Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Proficient in ERP systems and general IT tools Minimum 1-2 years' experience in customer planning/order processing FMCG experience in retail or wholesale sectors is advantageous Approachable and collaborative team player What you'll get in return Excellent company culture with team days every month Private Healthcare Competitive salary- disclosed on enquiry Brands at discounted prices What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
