✈️ Loyalty & Partnerships Manager — Major Travel & Retail Hub Location: West London (Hybrid Working) Job Type: Full-time Own and grow one of the UK’s most high-profile loyalty programmes. We’re looking for an experienced Loyalty & Partnerships Manager to take ownership of a premium loyalty programme used by millions of travellers and employees across one of the UK’s most dynamic travel and retail hubs. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of the programme — from member acquisition and engagement to partnerships and commercial performance — ensuring the loyalty proposition delivers real value for both members and the business. What you’ll be doing Run the Loyalty Programme : Lead the day-to-day operation, managing the member lifecycle and ensuring seamless delivery across all touchpoints. Drive Commercial Impact : Take accountability for programme performance, managing budgets, tracking ROI, and delivering against revenue and engagement targets. Lead Partnerships : Acquire, negotiate, and manage retail and brand partnerships, ensuring contractual compliance, system integration, and maximum value for members. Deliver Campaigns & Content : Oversee CRM and multi-channel loyalty campaigns, briefing agencies, and collaborating with technology providers to bring compelling propositions to life. Innovate & Optimise : Identify opportunities for growth and improvement, keeping the programme competitive with best-in-class loyalty practices and innovation. About you You’re more than a loyalty marketer — you’ve operated or managed a loyalty programme end-to-end , with commercial accountability and partnership experience. You know what it takes to grow a membership base, enhance engagement, and deliver measurable value. Essential: Proven experience running or managing a customer loyalty programme (beyond campaign comms). Strong background in partnership acquisition and management, including contracts and integrations. Commercially minded with experience driving ROI, revenue, and programme performance . Skilled in managing agencies, writing creative briefs, and delivering campaigns across CRM and digital channels. Confident working with loyalty/CRM technology platforms and data for reporting and optimisation. Knowledge of GDPR and data protection best practice. Desirable: Experience in travel, retail, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders. Why join?
