Maintenance Operative

Hours Full time - 48hrs/week made up of four 10hr shifts (0800-1800 or 0900-1900) and one 8- hour shift (1000-1800) on a rota basis across 7 days. (This includes weekends and Bank holidays) Bank - flexible role where you can pickup shifts according to availability('0' hour contract) The Role An opportunity has arisen for the role of full-time Maintenance Operative at our Nursing Centre. Previous experience of working in a trade is essential. It would also be an advantage to have had experience of working in a care home. We would be especially interested to receive applications from anyone skilled in a trade (e.g. Painting and Decorating / Carpentry / Plastering / plumbing / electrical, etc). As part of the Maintenance Team, your role will include a variety of tasks to help maintain the overall building and the equipment used to provide care for our residents.
