Benchmarkingandpaypositioning,stayingaheadofthemarkettomakesuretheirpaystructuresremaincompetitiveandsustainable. Advisingseniorleadership,actingasthego-toexpertforcompensationdecisions,balancingcommercialprioritieswithfairness,equityandcompliance. Leadingonexecutiveandlong-termincentives,supportingthedesignanddeliveryofschemesthatdriveleadershipaccountabilityandbusinessgrowth.
