Your responsibilities: Crafting fresh, delicious dishes to spec and standard Running a section confidently during night service Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with prep and service Upholding food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organisation Helping train and mentor junior night kitchen staff Keeping the kitchen cool under pressure even during the heat of service Who you are: A qualified chef with solid experience in a fast-paced kitchen Passionate about quality ingredients and beautiful plating Cool, calm, and collected during service Food Hygiene Level 2 (or willing to obtain) A night shift pro — or eager to become one!
