We're looking for a Guest Services Lead to be the friendly face of the guest journey - ensuring every visitor feels valued, supported, and delighted during their stay. Key Responsibilities: Greet and engage with guests from arrival to departure. Manage special requests and personalise each experience. Address feedback with empathy and quick solutions. Guide and inspire a small, close-knit guest services team. Work closely with housekeeping, F&B, and reservations to ensure smooth operations. Contribute to guest events and engagement initiatives.
