We’re looking for a professional who has mastered the job . Someone who can think one step ahead of the doctor, bring calm confidence to the operatory, and uphold the standard of excellence that defines our brand. What You’ll Do As a clinical cornerstone of our team, you’ll: Partner directly with the doctor in advanced restorative, surgical, and implant procedures Set up, assist, and break down operatories with precision and speed — always ready ahead of schedule Deliver a seamless patient experience with empathy, communication, and grace Oversee sterilization and lab protocols to perfection Anticipate clinical needs before they’re spoken Mentor junior assistants and support team calibration across departments Contribute to treatment flow, efficiency, and morning huddle preparation What Success Looks Like You are: ✅ Calm under pressure and two steps ahead during complex procedures ✅ Polished and articulate with patients — able to educate, reassure, and connect ✅ Meticulous with charting, sterilization, and documentation ✅ Consistent, punctual, and accountable — every day ✅ Invested in continuous improvement and personal mastery You’ll thrive in an environment that values professionalism, precision, and purpose.
