Job Description Job Description We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities. This role includes maintaining common areas, meeting spaces, restaurants, fitness centers, and pools, as well as performing preventative maintenance for guest rooms and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment. If you are proactive, dependable, and skilled in repairs, we’d love to hear from you. Compensation: $11 - $12 hourly Responsibilities: Maintain mechanical areas and tools in a clean and orderly condition. Address repair needs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and landscaping. Organize and maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces to support efficient operations. Inspect public areas daily to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Be available for emergency repairs and on-call support during evenings or weekends as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, with 1–3 years of related experience or equivalent training. Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Proficiency with tools and equipment, as well as basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Outlook). Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
