Facilities Manager - Hotels

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Facilities Manager - for Hotels. You will help plan and facilitate all maintenance for multiple properties Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all preventative maintenance and repairs for properties Attract and educate hotel staff and maintenance personnel Investigate and resolve complaints and resolve in a urgent manner Update and improve properties to increase return on investment Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion Supervise and train property staff and maintenance crew to resolve and address issues Enforce property and hotel brand rules and regulations Maintain and oversee property repairs (HVAC, Finishes, MEP Systems, Pools, etc.) Qualifications: Previous experience in property management or other related fields Familiarity with subcontractor, contracts and vendor agreements Ability to build rapport with hotel staff and management Ability to multitask and prioritize issues as they present themselves Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computers Experience in training hotel staff , however address problems and repairs themselves when required Clean Driving Record ( Ability to operate company vehicle) Willing to undergo a background check and Pre-employment drug screening SALARY WILL BE DISCUSSED UPON INTERVIEW BASED ON EXPERIENCE Company Description At Stonehenge Building Group (SBG), we understand the demands of construction projects and strive to create positive interaction and coordination between all the project stakeholders.
