Facility Operations Analyst with Security Clearance

Performs tasks related to the overall management and operations of facilities, including energy management, material inventory, maintenance and construction. May oversee the re- pair, replacement or redesign of facilities, and preventive maintenance planning and scheduling. Implements the timely completion of requirements in compliance with Company pro- grams, objectives and within established cost parameters. May monitor work performed by vendors and / or subcontractors; determines adequacy of work relative to job specifications/ scope, and recommends corrective actions as required. QUALIFICATIONS: • Frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards. • General application of standard concepts and principles. • Knowledge of Environmental Regulations, construction building codes and safe work practices • Strong communication/interpersonal skills • Knowledge of Microsoft office tools • Ability to identify and procure materials • Forklift Operator • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment • Knowledge of industrial processes, mechanics, and industrial health and safety laws. • Ability to work with ARCHIBUS facilities work order system • Inventory control and material handling knowledge. • Ability to understand engineering drawings and parts lists. • Must Have a current State and Government Driver’s license Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration. • Clearance Level: Secret (Must have an active DoD security clearance or be able to obtain one) Disclaimer: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this employment classification.
