Product Analyst

The ideal candidate will have experience in agile environments, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of communication tools and functional analysis. ✍️WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️ 4 years of experience. Experience with communication tools (AJO, Unica or similar) and content management systems Basic SQL knowledge Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum) Strong analytical and communication skills WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Participate in requirement gathering with stakeholders Analyze the value of each initiative (e.g., cost savings, time reduction, error minimization) Create user stories and functional proposals tailored to stakeholder needs Design mockups using tools like Miro or Mural to visualize solutions Ensure proposals are well-defined for technical team refinement Support the tech team during refinement, clarifying value and resolving doubts Document user stories in Azure DevOps with clear acceptance criteria Define and execute comprehensive test plans (including unhappy paths) Validate data using basic SQL queries Provide user support and create functional documentation and guides Manage incidents by identifying their nature and impact WHY US??
