Job Overview At Schenker International S.A. de C.V. we are looking for a Talent Acquisition IT Specialist to be part of our People & Organization team, for our office in Mexico City. What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes) Minimum 5 years of experience in IT recruitment in the international and multicultural environment Relevant educational background (HR/Psychology or related field is a plus) Excellent English skills, Strong understanding of current challenges in the tech talent market Solid stakeholder management and communication skills Familiarity with modern HR/ recruitment tools (ATS, sourcing platforms, analytics tools, etc.) High level of ownership and ability to drive recruitment processes effectively Proactive mindset with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach What will be your challenges? Managing end-to-end recruitment processes mainly for IT areas (IT Operations & Services, Group Applications, Business Applications, Architecture & Technology, Data & Analytics) for various seniority levels positions Identifying Hiring Managers’ needs and developing tailored recruitment strategies for each role.
