Job Title: Intake Specialist (Customer Service Representative) Location: On Site - Parques de San Felipe Monthly Gross Salary: 20,300 mxn MUST have: Customer service experience (call center) and Advanced English Level. Schedule: 8 hours lunch 2 days off This is a role for Customer service functions, in a legal environment. Responsibilities Conduct consultations for potential cases Sign up new clients electronically Set initial clinic appointments Review inquiry calls/emails Process and file legal documents Meet walk-in clients & communicate with partner firms Data entry and case documentation Skills & Qualifications: Multi-tasking in fast-paced environments Organizational & tech proficiency Microsoft Word, Outlook, DocuSign Excellent client service skills Additional Benefits: -A monthly lunch hosted by the client, at a restaurant chosen by the team, which varies each month. -Evaluations after 6 months where you can earn a 2% to 3% salary increase, for a total of 5% per year. -Quarterly $50 bonus for meeting metrics
