Hospitality and Outdoor - New Vacancy – Guest Relations Consultant Luxury Game Lodge – Sabi Sands, Mpumalanga Requirements • Matric • Qualification in Travel and Tourism is advantageous • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position and in a 4/5-star establishment • Sound knowledge and experience of overall hospitality operations • Sound knowledge of MS Office Suite and ResRequest • Strong customer service orientated • Confident team player with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and emotional control (People skills tolerance, patience, and care) • Excellent attention to detail • Excellent time management and self-discipline, interpersonal & solution seeking skills • Be proactive, use initiative and creative flair when required • Committed and loyal, adaptable, and flexible • Presentable and well-spoken • South African or valid work permit Package on offer • Salary is market related and dependent on experience • Live in Starting date: ASAP
