Restaurant Manager- Paarl

We’re excited to announce the opening of a new Coffee Shop in Paarl , scheduled for March 2026 , and we’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the launch and daily operations. The successful candidate will start in December 2025 with a six-week training period at their flagship site in Graaff-Reinet . This will provide valuable hands-on experience in operations, brand standards, and culture — and offer insight into your ability to manage a full coffee shop operation during a busy season. Accommodation will be provided during this training period. Once training is complete, the role will move to Paarl , where you’ll take ownership of the new store setup, team recruitment, and operational readiness. You’ll work closely with the General Manager of this Coffee Shop brand , who will provide ongoing support and monthly site visits.
