Lodge Manager – Luxury Lodge | Garden Route, WC Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Lodge Manager to oversee operations at a luxury nine-room lodge with a bistro and wedding venue along the scenic Garden Route. Package: Negotiable DOE | Live-in Key Responsibilities: Manage daily lodge operations, including housekeeping, kitchen, front of house, and events Oversee budgets, costs, and operational sustainability Lead, motivate, and develop the team Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards Support bistro and event operations to maintain high standards Coordinate with marketing, reservations, and suppliers Requirements: 5 years’ experience managing luxury lodges or boutique hotels Strong leadership, financial, and communication skills Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage operations Ability to multitask, adapt, and maintain composure under pressure Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
