Food & Beverage Team Leader

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Team Leader to join our dynamic team at a hotel in East London. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department. Ensure excellent service standards and guest satisfaction. Assist with staff training, development, and performance management. Maintain high hygiene and safety standards in compliance with hotel policies. Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and cost control. Support the Food & Beverage Manager with operational and administrative tasks.
