The Cluster General Manager will lead and drive the overall performance of both lodges, balancing commercial leadership with hands-on operational management. The role is responsible for delivering profitability, exceptional guest experiences, and consistent brand standards across all areas. You will provide strategic direction, oversee financial performance, guide department heads, and uphold operational excellence while maintaining a strong presence on the ground. Requirements Minimum of 10 years’ hospitality management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior GM or cluster-level role. Proven background in managing 4–5-star luxury lodges, resorts, or boutique hotels. Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L ownership and revenue growth. Excellent leadership and people management skills with a focus on training and team development. Sound understanding of South African hospitality regulations, labour law, and safety compliance. Strategic thinker with excellent attention to detail and operational awareness. Guest-centric approach with a passion for nature, conservation, and authentic experiences. Hands-on leader with resilience, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
