Camp Management Couple | Zimbabwe

is assisting a safari operator in Zimbabwe to recruit an experienced for their intimate remote camps in Hwange. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a dynamic Zimbabwean couple with a proven track record of successfully managing a bush camp or safari lodge. The role requires hands-on leadership, a strong operational understanding of both Front and Back of House functions, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a remote wilderness environment. The couple will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of camp operations, from staff management and administration to guest relations, maintenance, and stock control. They will ensure that the camp runs efficiently, consistently upholding company standards, values, and service excellence. Requirements · It is imperative that both individuals have at least 5 years previous experience managing a remote safari camp or bush lodge. · Zimbabwean citizenship is essential. · Strong understanding of both FOH and BOH operations, including guest hosting, housekeeping, kitchen coordination, and maintenance. · Excellent administrative and financial acumen, including ordering, stock management, and reporting. · Computer literate with strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, and preferably experience working on Nebula and ResRequest. · Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team while maintaining the company’s values and service standards. · Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a natural flair for guest interaction. · Essential that on partner has solid technical and hands-on maintenance skills. · Comfortable living and working in a remote bush environment for extended periods. · Professional, ethical, and passionate about conservation and authentic safari experiences. · Stable employment history and contactable references Nationality: Zimbabwean Citizens Only Start Date: January 2026 or latest March 2025 Salary: On application (DOE) Benefits : Accommodation, medical aid, meals Leave: 6 weeks on 2 weeks off. ➡️ – Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the background and experience required.
