This position oversees the 24 hour Restaurant, In Room Dining, Mini Bar and Pool service. No two days are the same, and you will be working with a driven team where quality, personality and top-class hospitality are the heartbeat of the operation. ✅ What is needed • Diploma in Hotel or Food & Beverage Management • Minimum 4 years experience in 4 or 5 star Hotel or Fine Dining • At least 2 years in a management or supervisory role • Highly presentable with strong communication skills • Computer literate, including POS and stock systems (Micros experience is a bonus) • Flexible for weekends and public holidays • Exposure to WSET, Micros or Micros Control is a bonus What you will do • Be a confident host with strong floor presence • Lead and motivate staff, ensuring 5 star service in all areas • Handle guest satisfaction, service recovery and daily operations • Drive sales, upselling, training and team development • Oversee stock, cash ups, maintenance reporting, and financial awareness • Create memorable guest experiences through genuine hospitality If you love people, love service and know how to run a superb restaurant operation, this one is worth your time.
