With three restaurants and a food truck in one buzzing village, this role needs a true culinary head – someone organised, creative, and confident running several kitchens at once. ✨ Who we are looking for • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a multi-outlet or high-volume operation • Formal culinary qualification from a recognised institution • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to train and motivate diverse teams • Passion for exceptional dining and consistent quality • Efficient, organised, and calm under pressure • Able to manage suppliers, costing, menu development and kitchen standards across all outlets This is an exciting opportunity to build, lead and grow a culinary identity across multiple venues, all set in one of the Eastern Cape’s most beautiful coastal destinations.
