Accountant – Luxury Lodge Group Maun, Botswana P10,000 to P15,000 Live out Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a detail-driven and organised Accountant to join a hospitality group based in Maun, supporting multiple lodge operations across Botswana. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both office-based accounting and occasional lodge visits, and who thrives in a tourism environment where accuracy and compliance are essential. ✨ Main responsibilities include • Maintain financial records for lodges and head office • Monthly management accounts and reconciling bank, supplier and customer accounts • Budget support, forecasts and variance reporting • Payroll processing and labour law compliance • Full tax submissions: VAT, PAYE, Withholding and Company Tax • Lodge-level accounting, petty cash, stock and billing • Internal controls, audits and inventory checks • Working across accounting systems and lodge management platforms ✅ Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance • BICA registered • 3 years experience, ideally within hospitality or tourism • Strong Botswana tax and labour law knowledge • Proficient in accounting software (Pastel, Xero or QuickBooks) • Excellent communication and administrative skills • Able to travel to remote lodges when required This position suits someone proactive, professional and ready to take ownership of lodge finances while supporting a fast-paced operation.
