Job Description
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a strategic and dynamic Revenue & Marketing Manager to join the exceptional hospitality team at this luxury estate. This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical revenue management skills with creative marketing insight to drive occupancy, revenue growth, and brand visibility across the hospitality offerings – including the hotel, spa, restaurants, and guest experiences. Requirements A degree in a relevant field such as hospitality management, revenue management, or marketing . Minimum of three years’ experience in a hospitality environment (hotel experience is essential). Strong understanding of revenue management principles , pricing strategy, forecasting, and yield management. Experience with Opera PMS and other hospitality systems. Fluency in Afrikaans and English , with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven digital marketing and social media knowledge (especially Instagram), including content creation and analytics. Solid event coordination or promotion experience for special events, launches, or seasonal campaigns. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for luxury guest experiences . Professional, well-presented appearance. Availability to work hospitality hours , including weekends and public holidays. Responsibilities Develop and execute revenue strategies to optimise occupancy, rate, and overall profitability. Analyse market trends, competitor performance, and pricing to identify revenue opportunities. Grow and manage digital and social media platforms , with a strong focus on brand positioning and storytelling. Plan and implement marketing campaigns to attract new guests and enhance brand awareness. Collaborate closely with operations, reservations, sales, and F&B teams to align revenue and marketing goals. Create and oversee engaging content across digital, print, and social channels. Track and report on performance metrics and KPIs to refine strategies. Support hospitality operations with a strong focus on the guest experience and brand standards . Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and digital innovations to ensure the estate remains at the forefront of hospitality excellence. Own reliable transport essential.
