are currently partnering with a Luxury Lodge in the Garden Route to recruit a hands on, detail orientated An exclusive coastal lodge is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lodge Manager to oversee daily operations of a boutique luxury lodge, onsite bistro, and bespoke wedding venue. The role requires a hands-on, service-driven leader with a passion for guest experience, team development, and sustainable operations. This is a live-in or regionally based opportunity, suited to a well-rounded individual who thrives in nature-inspired settings and understands the rhythm of boutique lodge Minimum 5 years’ management experience in a luxury lodge or boutique hospitality setting Manage daily lodge operations across all departments Support kitchen team with food quality, presentation, and service Oversee budgets, cost control, and sustainability targets Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance Lead staff scheduling, training, and HR processes Build strong team communication and morale Liaise with marketing and reservations on rates, availability, and promotions Manage supplier relations and procurement Solid understanding of food, wine, and hospitality service standards Own transport and valid driver’s licence (essential) South African citizenship or valid work permit ➡️ - Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the background and experience required.
