A beautiful luxury lodge in the Welgevonden Game Reserve is seeking a dynamic and professional management couple — a Camp Manager and Field Guide — to join their team. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced, hospitality-driven duo to work together in one of South Africa’s premier reserves. Camp Manager Responsibilities: Oversee daily lodge operations and guest experience Manage and motivate the front-of-house and housekeeping teams Handle reservations, hosting, and administration Ensure all lodge standards, hygiene, and presentation are maintained at 5-star level Field Guide Responsibilities: Conduct guided game drives and bush walks with professionalism and enthusiasm Share extensive knowledge of wildlife and conservation with guests Maintain vehicles, equipment, and safety standards Deliver memorable and educational safari experiences Requirements: Previous experience as a management couple in a luxury lodge environment FGASA Level 1 (minimum), valid PDP, First Aid, DEAT, and rifle competency for the guide Excellent communication, hosting, and teamwork skills Passion for the bush and guest experience excellence Package: Competitive combined salary (based on experience) Live-in position with meals included Opportunity to join a well-established lodge in the heart of Welgevonden
