Maintenance Manager

An exclusive luxury lodge in the Kruger National Park is seeking a hands-on, experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all property upkeep, infrastructure, and technical operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage preventative and reactive maintenance across all lodge facilities Oversee electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and general repairs Maintain generators, water systems, vehicles, and other equipment Lead and train the maintenance team, ensuring high service standards Work closely with management to ensure seamless guest experiences Requirements: 3–5 years’ lodge or hotel maintenance management experience Strong technical background (plumbing, electrical, mechanical) Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills Willingness to live on-site in a remote bush environment Package: Competitive salary (dependent on experience) Live-in position with meals provided Great opportunity to join a prestigious luxury hospitality group
