Are you ready to take the next step in your legal career? LGHHM is expanding, and we’re looking for a Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team. If you have 1–3 years’ experience (ideally with exposure to real estate or hospitality), this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Reporting directly to our General Counsel, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the LGHHM business and gain hands-on experience across a broad range of in-house legal work. What You’ll Be Doing Commercial Contracts Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with suppliers, consultants, and partners. Provide clear, practical advice on contractual issues and business risks. Support compliance and contract lifecycle management. Corporate Governance Coordinate board meetings and prepare board packs. Manage filings, statutory registers, and entity data for UK and overseas subsidiaries. Handle transactional support, including document execution and legalisation. Real Estate Assist with acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations. Advise on development projects and compliance matters. Liaise with external counsel on complex property issues. Ideal Candidate UK-qualified lawyer with 1–3 years PQE, gained in-house or in private practice. Solid foundation in commercial contracts and governance, with interest or experience in real estate and/or hospitality. Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet tight deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to documentation and record-keeping. Clear and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to support a broad range of in-house legal matters. Sound problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to legal and business challenges.
