Job Description

Senior Architectural Technician Location: Warwickshire Salary: £40-45,000 DOE A well-established architectural practice based in Warwickshire is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join their growing team. The studio is renowned for delivering projects across a diverse range of sectors, including heritage, education, hospitality, leisure, and community buildings. Their portfolio combines sensitive conservation work with contemporary design, always maintaining a commitment to quality, context, and innovation. The successful Senior Architectural Technician will play a key role in the technical delivery of projects from concept through to completion, working closely with architects and consultants to ensure design intent is fully realised. Responsibilities will include: Leading on the preparation of detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction packages Coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design, programme, and quality objectives are achieved Managing technical aspects of projects across multiple sectors Ensuring all work meets building regulations, standards, and best practice guidance Providing technical support and mentorship to junior team members Contributing to the development of BIM and Revit standards within the practice The successful Senior Architectural Technician will bring: Extensive experience working as a Senior or experienced Architectural Technician within UK practice Strong technical and detailing skills, with a thorough understanding of construction and materials Proficiency in Revit and other relevant design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) Experience working on heritage or conservation projects is highly desirable Excellent communication and coordination abilities, with confidence liaising across disciplines A collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively What's on Offer: The opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of high-quality, design-led projects A supportive and collaborative studio environment Competitive salary and benefits, commensurate with experience Genuine career development opportunities within a respected and growing practice To apply, please call Sophie on (phone number removed) or alternatively, send your CV and Portfolio across to .
