What We Offer Entry-Level Candidates: Starting salary £26,000, rising to £27,000 after a year and £29,000 after two years (subject to reviews). First-year OTE: £28,000–£29,000 with commission. Key Responsibilities: Full 360 Process: Manage recruitment from business development to placement. Business Development: Win new clients in driving & industrial sectors. Compliance: Ensure legal requirements, right-to-work checks, and certifications. Sales & Targets: Work toward achievable goals with full support.
