With 18 venues across the UK and a head office in central London, we have ambitious expansion plans over the next 3 - 5 years. The Role: We are seeking a skilled Database and Reporting Administrator to join our team and support the maintenance, management, and optimisation of our data systems and reporting platforms. The role also involves reviewing existing reports and dashboards to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure alignment with evolving business needs. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data and process mapping, with the ability to deliver actionable insights across the organisation using SQL and Power BI , while maintaining the highest standards of data integrity. This is 3 months Fix Term Contract with possible extension. What you will be doing: Understand and map the flow of data and processes. Ensuring data is robust, validated and stored efficiently. Translation of transactional and relational data into semantic models suitable to be analysed efficient by Power BI. Manage BI data and reporting through Power BI. Audit current Power BI reports and data models for accuracy and performance. Optimise SQL queries and data connections for improved efficiency. Provide best-practice recommendations for Power BI usage and governance. Conduct Excel - based analysis to support the business' weekly reporting using data extracted from power BI.
