I’m recruiting on behalf of a well-established food manufacturer; the kind that’s been around long enough to know what it’s doing, but still improving things rather than coasting. They make proper products you’ll actually recognise in the supermarket, not obscure ingredients buried in the small print. Right now, they’re looking for a Days-Based Engineer to join the team and keep the lines running smoothly. What you’ll actually be doing: Keeping the machines running, because downtime makes everyone miserable. Fixing things properly, not with duct tape and prayer. Doing preventative maintenance, so you’re not constantly firefighting. Working with production people who’ll appreciate you for keeping them sane.
