Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead the hotel’s sales strategy to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and key accounts. Oversee the sales team, ensuring motivation, training, and exceptional performance. Collaborate closely with Revenue Management and Marketing to maximize business opportunities. Represent the hotel at major trade shows, industry events, and client functions. Develop and implement creative sales initiatives that strengthen the brand’s competitive edge. Requirements: Mandatory: Proven experience in sales leadership within the luxury hotel industry . Minimum 5–7 years of progressive sales experience in a 5-star hotel environment . Strong network within the corporate, MICE, and leisure segments. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability and a passion for excellence.
