Senior Building Surveyor £60k - £70k, £4k car allowance, bonus, hybrid more London | Permanent What you’ll need MRICS qualified with minimum 3 years’ PQE Strong experience in technical due diligence and professional work Commercial awareness and client-facing confidence Excellent communication and report writing skills Ability to lead instructions and manage teams effectively What you’ll do You'll have a focus on TDD, dilapidations, and refurbishment schemes.
